How the batching materials work

For example, the automatic batching system is composed of 5 electronic belt scale batching lines, numbered 1#, 2#, 3#, 4#, 5#, of which 1# ~ 4# is a group, 1# is the main material scale, and the remaining three are auxiliary material scales. When there is no need to add excipients, the 5# electronic scale works alone to convey the main material. The system has two functions: constant flow and ratio control. For constant flow control, the electronic belt scale automatically adjusts the belt speed according to the amount of material on the belt to meet the set flow requirements. The process flow of the main scale (1#) system is analyzed, and the process flow is shown in Figure 1.
After the automatic batching system is powered on, the belt drive motor begins to rotate, and the microprocessor controls the motor speed according to the current operation. The material in the hopper falls in the blanking area and is transported by the belt to the weighing area, where the material on the belt is weighed by an electronic belt scale. The load cell outputs a voltage signal based on the magnitude of the force, which is amplified by the transmitter to output a metering level signal proportional to the weight of the material. The signal is sent to the interface of the host computer, sampled and converted into a traffic signal, and the current flow value is displayed on the host computer. At the same time, this flow signal is sent to the PLC interface, compared with the various ingredients specified by the host computer, and then the adjustment operation is performed, and the control amount is sent to the frequency converter to change the output value of the frequency converter, thereby changing the speed of the driving motor. Adjust the dosing so that it is equal to the set value to complete the automatic batching process.
